BP: Reckless Manslaughter?

Prize of the day goes to the guy who called Ed Schultz and said when foreign "terrorists" come over here and kill people we go out bombing, but that when BP commits reckless manslaughter, what do we do? It's about time people even started talking about the people who lost their lives in the blowout- a blowout that could have been prevented had the corporation employed appropriate practices.
